Hi there!

My name is Katie Michael and I am a freelance illustrator and in-house print designer for Carter’s.  I earned my BFA in illustration from the Savannah College of Art and Design in spring of 2022.  I love to illustrate kid-oriented content, and I am really inspired by nature, endearing characters, and narratives that help to educate and include everyone in the beautiful world of books. My goal is to share a little bit of everyday magic and joy through my illustrations!

When I’m not illustrating, I love to fill my time with reading good books, going on walks around my beautiful city of Atlanta, Georgia, and playing with my sweet cats.
